General Terms and Conditions of Eplay24

The contract between Eplay24 and the user is finalized with account registration or the use of the services. Eplay24 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time for technical, legal, or operational reasons. Changes will be communicated by publication on the eplay24.org website. Continued use of the platform after such modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.

The user declares and guarantees to:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Reside in a jurisdiction (Italy) where access to the services is legal.

It is strictly forbidden to possess more than one account per person. Should duplicate accounts be detected, Eplay24 reserves the right to suspend all of them and withhold any funds obtained in violation of the rules.

The user undertakes to use the platform lawfully and in accordance with the principles of fairness. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this contract will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, except as provided by imperative consumer protection laws.
